I had an lovely stay at The Inn At The Spanish Steps. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Piazza di Spagna and other major sights, making it easy to explore everything Rome has to offer. The staff's attentiveness, particularly from Jessica, made me feel right at home with personalized recommendations and thoughtful touches. However, the layout of the hotel across multiple buildings can be a bit confusing at first, especially when moving between the main building and my accommodation.

My room was wonderfully spacious and beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and luxurious linens. I loved having a private terrace for my morning coffee, which added a special touch to my stay.

The service was absolutely great. The staff were always friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Jessica truly made my experience nice with her constant support and helpful recommendations.

The location couldn't be more convenient. With most major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum within walking distance, I was able to soak in the atmosphere of Rome without the hassle of extensive travel.

6.8/10

The location of The Inn At The Spanish Steps is truly unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the iconic Spanish Steps and a good setting for rooftop breakfasts. However, my experience was marred by some unexpected downsides, including a lack of basic amenities in my premium room and slower-than-expected service during my stay. Overall, it felt more like a serviced apartment than a luxury hotel, which was disappointing given the premium pricing.

I opted for the Honeymoon Suite, which boasted a large terrace and a fantastic view, but the lack of some key amenities, like water beyond the first day and comfortable sun-loungers, was disappointing. The air conditioning was also less than effective during my stay.
Service
6.0
I found the staff to be friendly and attentive, but the overall service fell short of my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. For instance, after asking for more tea bags, I received a vague response that they would bring them later and no follow-up occurred.
Location

The hotel's location is perfect, with most tourist sites within walking distance, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. However, the chaos right outside the hotel could be overwhelming at times, especially during busy hours.
Dining

Breakfast was served on the rooftop, which was a lovely experience, but I found the selection could have used more variety even though the food was fresh. It was a pleasant start to the day but didn’t quite live up to the expectations I had.
Facilities

The amenities were somewhat lacking for a hotel of this price, with no communication about the multiple buildings involved, which led to some confusion during my stay. The rooftop bar, while charming, added to the boutique feel but felt less luxurious than I anticipated.

My stay at The Inn At The Spanish Steps was overall fantastic, with attentive staff and a prime location that made exploring Rome a breeze. The breakfast on the rooftop was a good experience, offering both variety and quality. However, I encountered some issues with the hot water in my room, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I had an overall great time at The Inn At The Spanish Steps. The location was unbeatable, putting me right near the Spanish Steps and a bunch of fancy shops. While my room was clean and charming, it did have some noise issues, like I could hear conversations from the street. The rooftop terrace was an absolute highlight for breakfast and soaking in the views, but I think they could use a bit more clarity on the different building layouts and room locations.

However, the layout involving multiple buildings could be a bit confusing at times, and I encountered some noise from the street, especially during busy times. Still, the service and breakfast offerings made up for these minor issues.
